Because ZF Wind Power keeps on growing, we are looking for a Senior Treasury Expert (m/f/d) to join our Corporate Finance team in our headquarters in Lommel or Antwerp.

What you can expect as Senior Treasury Expert (m/f/d):
The business unit ZF Wind Power is operating in a competitive market environment with locations in Belgium, India, China, Germany and the US. As the Senior Treasurer you are responsible to optimize cash flow, liquidity planning and risk management of our global organization.

As Senior Treasury Expert (m/f/d) you act as the right hand of the Head of Accounting, Tax and Corporate Finance and works in close relationship with the back office. The holder of the position is responsible for:

• Responsible for core Treasury areas, Financing and Cash Management

• Internal financing, Dividend policy, (reverse-) factoring

• Cash flow forecasting, Treasury controlling and reporting

• Support short- and long-term financing activities, including credit facilities and working capital management

• Manage financial risk (FX, IR) and execute hedging strategies in alignment with company policy

• Maintain banking relationships and support group-wide treasury systems and processes

• Supports in Pension Management & Insurance plans

• Ensure compliance with internal controls, regulatory requirements, and reporting standards

Your profile as Senior Treasury Expert (m/f/d):

• Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or other related discipline

• 5–8 years of relevant Treasury experience in a multinational corporation or a bank

• Solid understanding of financial markets and instruments

• Hands-on experience with FX trading, cash management, and treasury platforms

• Strong team and communication skills, strong interest in financial markets and process automation

• Ability to work independently and analytically with high degree of accuracy, self-initiative and under time pressure

• Experienced with digital reporting tools (e.g. Power BI)

• Fluency in both Dutch & English
