Job Description

  • Request for summer intern to assist Garrett operations with three data entry projects from May
  • August 2026.

Key Responsibilities

  • Data collection and upload for warehouse data (supplier raw material pack dimensions & weights, rack dims) into ERP system
  • Data collection and categorization of maintenance spare parts into tracking system
  • Manage vendor incoming raw material supplier label compliance including tracking, data verification, follow up
  • Collect data (weights/dimensions) from incoming raw material shipments or product stored in warehouse
  • Upload large amounts of data into Microsoft applications, PowerBI, Excel, ERP system
  • Manage vendor label compliance project including creation of tracking document, collecting data, follow up with global suppliers for compliance.

Requirements

  • Field of study: Business Analytics, Data management, Data Analysis
  • Working knowledge of: Excel Intermediate to Advanced, PowerBI, Power Automate, Access Database, Microsoft applications
  • Ability to meet goals and work independently (unsupervised)
  • Ability to multi task
  • Effective communication skills
  • Project management experience
