Business Controller

We are searching for a new colleague in Pančevo!

What can you look forward to as Business Controller:

• Product costs calculations, investment planning, preparation of applications, and follow-up reporting, including cash flow prognosis and impacts

• Improvement of business processes and support of critical business strategies: recognizing deviations (material, scrap, productivity, general budgets) and defining countermeasures

• Support of all stakeholders within the plant in financial matters: tracking, analyzing, and interpreting figures and business processes

• Set-up of productivity tracking and close follow-up, especially with production departments

• Monthly and yearly closing activities, creation of reports, and commenting on deviations (Reporting activities)

• Budgeting, planning, and reporting

• according to the requirements of local GAAP and IFRS

Your profile as Business Controller:

• Completed degree in Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent qualification

• Several years of experience in cost accounting or production controlling

• Expert-level knowledge with Microsoft Office and SAP R3 System

• Fluent Serbian and English language; German language skills are beneficial

• Proven interpersonal and communication skills and excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with high attention to detail
