We are seeking a highly driven ZF Production System Expert to join our dynamic and forward‑thinking organization. What you can look forward to as ZF PS Expert (m/f/d):

• Lead lean expert know-how and foster knowledge transfer/best practice sharing to all parts in the Plant​

• Support ZF PS Lead in Plant in implementation of ZF Production System strategy ​​

• Supports ZF PS Lead in plant in his qualification and complex/Advanced Method ZF PS workshops/projects for transformation towards Operational Excellence.​​

• Foster continuous know-how transfer and build-up of Lean expertise.​​

• Lead the systematic observation through the entire Plant organization promoting the problem-solving methodologies to achieve the Plant targets​

• Supports monitoring lean implementation progress in Plant and validate effectiveness of needed actions​​

• Evaluates implementation status at plant level with ZF PS Lead in plant and suggests required key activities​

• Coaches and guides in the Plant team in Workshops, Projects and Lean Evaluation aspects to Lean philosophy​​

• Promote developing standards in expert teams for ZF PS method box (incl. method ownership), its sustainable roll out/ adherence and qualifies ZF PS Resources/ cross-functions within the Plant for independent method application and drives advanced ZF PS workshops/projects in Plant​

Your Profile as ZF PS Expert (m/f/d):

• Academic degree in technical field or equivalent ​

• 3+ years of professional experience in a manufacturing environment​

• Knowledge & experience of ZF PS / Lean Manufacturing concepts and methods​

• Excellent comprehension and understanding of products & manufacturing processes ​

• Strong leadership skills in the matrix with team spirit​

• Advanced skill set to analyze and solve problem, to present topics, to run project and building teams​

• Robust network within Product Line/Region and Divisions​

• Very good oral and written communication skills and fluent in English​

• Coaching skills​

• Knowledge in problem solving technics

Monthly wage from 2 453 € (including basic wage component , premiums, without bonuses). The salary depends on the qualifications and experience of the candidate.
base salary according to §62 ods. 2 Zákona č. 5/2004 Z. z. o službách zamestnanosti v znení neskorších predpisov 2 152 €
