Job Description

Tasks:

• Maintaining and administering time management data (recording, reviewing, and correcting working hours, absences, and shift information)

• Supporting the recruiting process (job postings, application management, interview scheduling)

• Assisting with day‑to‑day administrative HR tasks

Your Profile:

• Enrolled student, ideally with a focus on HR

• Reliable, structured, and organized way of working

• Enjoys working with people and collaborating in a team

• Good knowledge of MS Office

• Excellent German language skills (spoken and written), as they are essential for communication and correspondence within the plant
