Financial Controller We are expanding our Finance, Accounting and Controlling team across Istanbul and looking for Financial Controller to join us in Istanbul with Division Aftermarket. What you can look forward to as Financial Controller: - Prepare and manage monthly financial closings, including local GAAP and IFRS financial reports. - Perform daily transaction reviews to ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies. - Oversee and enhance the Internal Control System (ICS) reporting process, identifying and addressing risks. - Develop, monitor, and analyze budgets, forecasts, and financial performance. - Provide actionable insights through deep analytical reviews of financial data. - Ensure all reporting deadlines are met and communicate with responsible teams to maintain accountability. - Collaborate with auditors and regulatory bodies during financial reviews and audits. - Stay updated on changes in accounting standards and ensure timely adoption. - Assist in developing and improving financial and operational processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy. Your profile as Financial Controller: - Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, and professional certifications such as CPA, ACCA, or CMA is preferred - Min 7-8 years experience in budgeting, reporting, and financial controlling roles. - Strong knowledge of local GAAP and IFRS standards. - Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP knowledge is an asset and Navision knowledge is nice to have) and advanced Excel skills. - Deeply analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities. - Strong understanding of internal control systems and risk management frameworks. - High-level proficiency in English, both written and spoken. - Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines, excellent organizational and time management skills.
