Global Category Analyst (m/f/d)

About the team:

We are looking for Global Category Analyst for our Istanbul, Sultanbeyli location.

What you can look forward to as Global Category Analyst (m/f/d):

• Provide data analytics on sales, margin and profitability, including subsequent business recommendations to create necessary dashboards and visibility on the category performance and performance improvement opportunities

• Drive improvements for processes, data and analytics within the category and contributes to definition, deployment and continuous improvement of standards, processes and tools

• Structure market potential information for decision making

• Compile information from strategic pricing and market feedbacks to define future category and subcategory position.

• Workout options as decision memos for OES to IAM business opportunities,

• Provide basic data to decide for the necessary strategic direction regarding global category position for IAM and OES (where applicable)

• Supports the creation of the Global Category Book by collecting and processing data from MI, the regions and internal transaction data from BW, Navision, BPCS and PBI BW. Runs accountable subtasks within the Category Book workstreams.

• Provide and align necessary data for Business Case calculations

• Develop standard analysis dashboards for continuous monitoring and steering of Product Category development

Your Profile as Global Category Analyst (m/f/d):

• Several years of experience in International Sales/ Business Development/ Consultancy / Research / Engineering /Category Management and Development context

• Successfully completed niversity degree from related fields (business studies/ economics /engineering or similar)

• Extensive ERP & reporting tools knowledge and experience for example SAP or PowerBI

• Fluent in English

• Strong analytical skills

• Office pack full proficiency, especially Excel

• MS Access or basic programing is a plus
