About the Team:

Quality Team plays a crucial role in producing components for automobiles. It helps Cost reduction, Identify the issues, Maintaining the supply chain, improve the product quality, Sustainability & etc.

• What you can look forward to Assistant Manager

• Manufacturing Quality (m/f/d):

• Drive Quality culture inside production units

• Identify and ensure mitigation of Quality risks

• Develop Production unit Quality team (capabilities and capacity)

• Lead Production unit deployment of plant Quality strategy

• Own or support Continuous Improvement Plan inside production units

• Ensure Read Across, best practices sharing among production units

• Verify Quick Response and effective problem solving in case of claims, lead Customer communication

• Coordinate customer 0km complaints -8D

• Your Profile as Assistant Manager

• Manufacturing Quality (m/f/d):

• 6 to 8 years with Manufacturing Quality experience

• Shop floor quality with machining and assembly experience

• Experience in CNC (Computer Numerical Control) machining, VMC (Vertical Machining Center) and HMC (Horizontal Machining Center).

• Experience in Core Quality Tools (APQP, FMEA, MSA, SPC, PPAP)

• Good knowledge with statistic process and tools

• Broad Quality automotive background and experience

• Be able to drive strong customer focus and build customer relationships

• Strong problem solving and continuous improvement skills
