Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Associate to join our AWS Alliance GTM Team. This role will support the development and management of our strategic partnership with Amazon Web Services (AWS). The ideal candidate will assist in driving joint initiatives, managing partner engagements, and supporting business development activities aimed at maximizing the value from the AWS alliance.
Key Responsibilities:

Support the AWS Alliance Manager in managing and nurturing the relationship with AWS.

Coordinate and track joint initiatives and go-to-market activities with AWS teams.

Assist in organizing AWS-related events, webinars, and training sessions.
-
Collaborate internally with sales, marketing, solution architects, and product teams to align AWS-related strategies.
-
Monitor AWS partner program requirements and assist in ensuring compliance.
-
Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation related to alliance activities and outcomes.
-
Track pipeline and deal progression involving AWS collaboration.
-
Support our Co-sell motions in LATAM
-
Support ad-hoc projects and tasks aimed at enhancing the AWS partnership.
Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.

1-3 years of experience in partner management, alliance support, business development, or a related role.

Basic understanding of cloud computing concepts and familiarity with AWS platform preferred.

Strong organizational and project management skills.
-
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
-
Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
-
Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
Please note that anyone hired into this position must be physically located in and plan to work from Mexico City (CDMX) or Mexico State (Estado de Mexico).
Hybrid: In this role, our hybrid experience is designed at the team level to give you a rich onsite experience packed with connection, collaboration, learning, and celebration - while also giving you flexibility to work remotely for part of the week. This role must attend our local office for part of the week. The specific in-office schedule is to be determined by the hiring manager.
