Who we're looking for

We are looking for a versatile Development Analyst with strong technical expertise across multiple domains, comfortable working within Agile methodologies. This role requires a professional adept at blending data engineering, dashboard development, and cutting-edge areas like AI and Cloud technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Developing data pipelines in DBT using SQL.

• Creating and maintaining dashboards in Tableau and Looker.

• Defining new metrics and establishing the corresponding methodologies.

• Maintaining and updating the technology stack, including AI implementation.

What you bring to the role (Required Qualifications)

• SQL: 5+ years

• Data Bases Experience: 4+ years

• Building Dashboards: 4+ years

• Python: 3+ years

Nice to have

• Cloud Platforms

• Machine Learning / Artificial Intelligence (AI)

• Data Visualization Tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker)

• General Software Development experience

• DBT

Agile Methodologies: 2+ years

• Data Engineering

Please note that anyone hired into this position must be physically located in and plan to work from Mexico City (CDMX) or Mexico State (Estado de Mexico).

Hybrid: In this role, our hybrid experience is designed at the team level to give you a rich onsite experience packed with connection, collaboration, learning, and celebration - while also giving you flexibility to work remotely for part of the week. This role must attend our local office for part of the week. The specific in-office schedule is to be determined by the hiring manager.
