Reporting to the BOOK IT! Associate Manager, the Program Engagement Specialist plays a vital role in maintaining the smooth operation of the BOOK IT! program. They are responsible for training and supporting restaurant teams, engaging with franchisees and equity partners, and activating community initiatives. This role acts as a connector, ensuring effective communication and collaboration between various stakeholders to deliver a successful and impactful program.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field required.
- 2 to 4 years of experience in retail/restaurant operations, franchise support, or community engagement required.
- Experience in multi-unit retail/restaurant operations is preferred.
- Knowledge of nonprofit organizations and corporate foundations is an asset.
- Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills, with the ability to build relationships.
- Comfortable working in dynamic environments and adapting to changing priorities.
- Strong understanding of retail/restaurant operations and large-scale program execution.
- Ability to partner effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with excellent program management and progress tracking skills.
- Clear and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
Salary Range: $72,200 to $76,500 annually + bonus eligibility. This is the expected salary range for this position. Ultimately, in determining pay, we'll consider the successful candidate’s location, experience, and other job-related factors.
- Ensure restaurant teams are trained and ready for BOOK IT! program operations, including sales and customer interactions.
- Partner with internal teams to create training materials, communicate updates, and resolve operational issues.
- Serve as a primary contact for restaurant-level BOOK IT! inquiries and provide support.
- Collaborate to ensure consistent POS, redemption, and program mechanics across all Pizza Hut locations.
- Work closely with equity partners to enhance community engagement and pilot initiatives.
- Support franchise partners with program updates, best practices, and resources for easy execution.
- Enable local marketing and community engagement opportunities leveraging BOOK IT! branding.
- Drive restaurant participation in BOOK IT! bundle sales and track performance to increase fundraising contributions.
- Gather feedback from partners to continuously improve the program.
- Assist in tracking and sharing the impact of literacy and community initiatives supported by the Pizza Hut Foundation.
