About the Job:

We’re looking for a strategic, customer-obsessed Director of Product Management to lead the vision, strategy, and execution of our Omni-Channel Experience Platform—the foundation that powers how restaurants deliver consistent and personalized guest experiences across digital and in-store channels. This role will oversee core capabilities including Menu Management, Loyalty, Pricing, and Promotions that serve as the connective tissue between marketing, operations, and technology.

You’ll partner closely with cross-functional leaders in design, engineering, data science, operations, and marketing to create frictionless guest journeys and unlock new revenue and engagement opportunities across web, mobile, kiosk, drive-thru, and third-party delivery.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Experience
    10+ years of product management experience, with 4+ years leading product teams; experience in multi-channel consumer technology, retail, or restaurant platforms strongly preferred.

  • Proven success delivering complex, platform-based products that drive measurable impact across multiple channels.

  • Deep expertise in one or more of the following: menu management, pricing and promotions, personalization, or marketing technology.

  • Skills & Attributes

Strategic thinker with strong business acumen and the ability to balance customer needs with operational realities.

  • Excellent communicator, capable of influencing senior executives and cross-functional stakeholders.

  • Strong technical fluency—able to partner effectively with engineers on APIs, data models, and system integrations.

  • Passionate about restaurant and retail innovation, with a customer-first mindset and bias for action.

  • Experience in Quick Service Restaurant (QSR), retail, and/or multiunit chain/franchise environment a plus, but not required.

Salary Range: $160,400 - $220,000 annually + bonus eligibility and stock-based compensation. This is the expected salary range for this position. Ultimately, in determining pay, we'll consider the successful candidate’s location, experience, and other job-related factors.

Key Responsibilities:

In this role, you will lead and mentor team of 3-4 product owners to:

Strategic Leadership

  • Define and drive the long-term product vision and roadmap for Omni-Channel Experiences that aligns with company growth and brand strategies.

  • Translate the company’s strategic objectives into clear, actionable product initiatives spanning Menu, Loyalty, Pricing, and Promotion Management.

  • Build business cases and secure alignment for high-impact investments in platform capabilities and user experience innovation.

Product Execution & Delivery

  • Lead a team of product managers responsible for designing and delivering scalable, API-first solutions that power digital and in-restaurant experiences.

  • Ensure seamless integration across channels—web, mobile app, in-store, and delivery partners—through unified data and configuration layers.

  • Partner with Engineering and Design to deliver intuitive, reliable, and flexible tools for internal users (e.g., marketing, franchisees) and external users (e.g., guests).

Guest Experience & Business Impact

  • Develop a deep understanding of restaurant operations and franchise needs to design tools that improve efficiency and speed to market.

  • Drive measurable improvements in guest engagement, repeat transactions, and digital sales through innovation in personalization, pricing, and promotions tooling.

  • Prioritize roadmap initiatives based on measurable business value, customer impact, and technical feasibility.

Team Leadership & Collaboration

  • Build and mentor a high-performing product team focused on outcomes, collaboration, and continuous learning.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional leaders across Marketing, Engineering, Data, and Operations to deliver a unified product vision.

  • Foster a data-driven, hypothesis-led culture of product experimentation and continuous improvement.
