  • The Senior Manager, US International Tax
  • Quantitative will manage a US-based team responsible for the timely and accurate completion of all international components of the US federal income tax return (approx. 75% of the time). The Senior Manager will also lead various international tax projects and provide international tax advice to the business teams (approx. 25% of the time). This is a Hybrid position in either Louisville, KY or Plano, TX. Anyone within 90 miles of the Restaurant Support Center is required to come onsite 3 days a week.

Salary Range:$140,000 - $170,000** annually + bonus eligibility.This is the expected salary range for this position. Ultimately, in determining pay, we'll consider the successful candidate’s location, experience, and other job-related factors.

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting

  • 10+ years tax experience with at least the last 3+ years of experience in US international compliance and 3+ years in tax consulting. Big 4 experience preferred.

  • Strong track record of working closely with various groups within a corporate structure (e.g. treasury, finance, operations, etc.).

  • Strong track record of project management, problem solving, strategic thinking and effective business communication skills.

  • Significant experience with Microsoft Excel. Experience with HFM, JD Edwards, and One Source Income Tax are desirable.

  • Master’s degree (preferred)

  • CPA certification (preferred)

  • JD with LLM in Taxation (preferred)

  • Local to Louisville, KY or Plano, TX (preferred)

  • Supervising the completion of the international tax forms that are part of the US consolidated tax return including Forms 5471, 5472, 8858, 8865, 1118, 8990, 8991, 8992, 8993, and relevant schedules.

  • Overseeing and reviewing the calculations for Subpart F, earnings and profits and foreign tax credits.

  • Overseeing the preparation and review of disclosure statements and elections related to international acquisitions, restructurings and tax planning.

  • Tracks other tax attributes for foreign subsidiaries, including PTEP, stock basis.

  • Ensuring intercompany transactions are appropriately reflected on all US international tax filings.

  • Running and reviewing the quarterly US international tax model and working with the US International Tax Director and income tax accounting team to meet quarterly deadlines

  • Filing and tracking US entity classification elections.

  • Overseeing the quarterly updates to the legal entity organization chart.

  • Obtaining US tax residency certificates.

  • Reviewing legal agreements from a tax perspective

  • Providing international tax advice and responding to international tax questions from the business in a timely manner.

  • Driving continuous improvement in efficiency and effectiveness of key international tax compliance processes.

  • Developing/training junior team members.

  • Assisting with special projects.
