The Measurement Lead- AI Acceleration & Adoption plays a critical role in shaping and measuring the value of Yum’s AI initiatives. This role supports the broader AI strategy agenda by managing a unified measurement approach that quantifies the impact from AI initiatives across brands, functions, and markets.

In this role, you will drive insights and create executive-ready reports on the value derived from various AI initiatives. You’ll work with high autonomy, partner across diverse stakeholders, and support AI investment decisions.

  • 3–5+ years of experience in analytics, strategy, finance, consulting, data science, or a related quantitative role with a focus on measurement, performance, or impact

  • Proficiency in SQL with experience querying large datasets from cloud data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift) to support measurement and impact analysis

  • Experience working with modern analytics and data transformation tools (e.g., dbt, Python/R, Jupyter, Git-based workflows) to prepare, validate, and automate metrics pipelines

  • Proven ability to bring structure and rigor to complex topics and to enhance existing frameworks and processes

  • Comfort working with AI concepts and tools; eagerness to stay current on emerging practices in AI measurement and productivity

Salary Range: $99,200 - $116,700 annually + bonus eligibility.This is the expected salary range for this position. Ultimately, in determining pay, we'll consider the successful candidate’s location, experience, and other job-related factors.1. Build and Run the AI Value Engine

  • Develop, evolve, and maintain the frameworks and methods used to measure AI value - spanning financial impact, cost savings, productivity uplift, and other business outcomes across brands, functions, and markets

  • Define and steward a core set of AI impact KPIs (e.g., productivity, operational performance, adoption, satisfaction, financial outcomes)

Turn Outcomes into Trusted Insights:

  • Translate productivity and operational outcomes from AI into robust, measurable impact in partnership with Finance and business leaders

  • Own and improve dashboards, scorecards, and recurring reports that show how AI initiatives are performing and where value is being created

  • Develop clear, executive-ready reports and visuals that cut through noise and make AI impact actionable

  • Partner with tech and data teams to ensure AI solutions are instrumented in line with our measurement playbook

  • Use measurement outputs to compare impact across initiatives, revealing high-ROI opportunities and value patterns that guide which solutions to scale, refine, or sunset

  • Provide structured analysis and recommendations that inform roadmaps, funding decisions, and portfolio prioritization

  • Serve as a central point of contact for AI impact measurement, aligning stakeholders on definitions, methods, and standards
