We’re looking for a Manager, Global Strategy to lead rigorous analysis, drive cross-functional strategic initiatives, and partner closely with management and senior leadership to inform enterprise-level decisions for a beloved, iconic brand.

This role blends deep analytical horsepower with structured problem solving, strategic project leadership, and executive-level communication.

You will operate as a thought partner to leadership—bringing clarity to complex questions, pressure-testing assumptions, and translating insights into actionable strategic direction.

Experience & Background

  • You will be required to attend the Plano, TX office 3 days a week on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
  • 8+ years of experience in corporate strategy, management consulting, strategic finance, business intelligence, investor relations, or related analytical roles.
  • Experience working directly with management and senior leadership teams.
  • Track record of leading mid- to long-term strategic initiatives with measurable impact.
  • Familiarity with data and insight platforms such as Alpha Sense, You Gov, Euromonitor, Domo, Tableau, or similar tools.
  • Experience in a global, multi-unit, or consumer-facing organization is a plus.

Salary Range: $125,200 to $132,480 annually + bonus eligibility. This is the expected salary range for this position. Ultimately, in determining pay, we'll consider the successful candidate’s location, experience, and other job-related factors.

What You’ll Do

Strategic Analysis & Insight Generation

  • Lead complex quantitative and qualitative analyses, synthesizing data from multiple internal and external sources to identify risks, opportunities, and long-term implications.

  • Frame ambiguous business challenges into structured problem statements and develop clear hypotheses to guide analysis.

  • Conduct market, competitive, and financial analysis to inform enterprise and portfolio-level strategy.

  • Develop forward-looking insights that support mid- and long-term strategic planning.

Strategic Initiative Leadership

  • Own and drive key strategic projects from scoping through recommendation, ensuring alignment to business priorities and measurable outcomes.

  • Structure workstreams, define milestones, manage cross-functional inputs, and proactively mitigate risks.

  • Serve as a strategic lead across functions including Development, Operations,

Marketing, and Finance

Executive Communication & Internal Engagement:

  • Partner directly with management and senior leadership to shape strategic thinking and decision-making.

  • Lead development of executive-ready materials, including Board presentations, earnings support, and enterprise strategy updates.

  • Craft clear, compelling narratives that translate complex data into concise insights and recommendations.

  • Facilitate discussions with senior stakeholders, ensuring alignment, clarity, and forward momentum.

Business Acumen & Thought Partnership:

  • Build deep knowledge of the business model, performance drivers, and industry dynamics.

  • Anticipate emerging trends and proactively raise strategic considerations.

  • Act as a trusted thought partner to leaders—bringing sound judgment, intellectual rigor, and pragmatic recommendations.
