We’re looking for a Manager, Global Strategy to lead rigorous analysis, drive cross-functional strategic initiatives, and partner closely with management and senior leadership to inform enterprise-level decisions for a beloved, iconic brand.

Experience & Background
- You will be required to attend the Plano, TX office 3 days a week on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
- 8+ years of experience in corporate strategy, management consulting, strategic finance, business intelligence, investor relations, or related analytical roles.
- Experience working directly with management and senior leadership teams.
- Track record of leading mid- to long-term strategic initiatives with measurable impact.
- Familiarity with data and insight platforms such as Alpha Sense, You Gov, Euromonitor, Domo, Tableau, or similar tools.
- Experience in a global, multi-unit, or consumer-facing organization is a plus.
Salary Range: $125,200 to $132,480 annually + bonus eligibility. This is the expected salary range for this position. Ultimately, in determining pay, we'll consider the successful candidate’s location, experience, and other job-related factors.
