The Franchise Operations Partner (FOP) is a critical thought partner and operational leader for Pizza Hut franchisees, focused squarely on 4-wall restaurant execution. This role exists to strengthen the operational engine inside the restaurant—improving product quality, consistency, speed, and team execution—so that franchisees can sustainably drive sales, profitability, and guest satisfaction.
The FOP serves as the primary brand point of contact for franchisee partners on all matters related to restaurant operations, translating Pizza Hut standards, data, and priorities into clear, actionable operating plans that deliver results inside the four walls.
Required Qualifications:
- You will be required to attend the Plano, TX office 3 days a week on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
- 7+ years of experience in QSR, restaurant, retail, food & beverage, or a similar multi-unit operating environment
- Proven ability to lead and improve restaurant-level operations through coaching, process discipline, and execution focus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify operational gaps and prioritize high-impact solutions
- Exceptional interpersonal and influencing skills; able to challenge and support franchisees with confidence and credibility
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
Preferred Qualifications:

Prior experience operating or leading restaurant teams across multiple units

Familiarity with franchise systems and franchisee partnership models

Pizza Hut or similar brand experience a plus, but not required
Salary Range: $125,200 to $147,200 annually + bonus eligibility. This is the expected salary range for this position. Ultimately, in determining pay, we'll consider the successful candidate’s location, experience, and other job-related factors.

4-Wall Operational Excellence

Partner with franchisees to diagnose operational gaps impacting product quality, service, and reliability within the restaurant.

Lead improvement efforts for underperforming or brand-risk restaurants, focusing on fundamentals that drive sustainable turnaround.

Translate data and performance insights into clear operating plans that improve execution across people, process, and equipment.
Team Leadership & Enablement

Lead, coach, and develop Operations Advisors (OAs) as subject-matter experts in restaurant execution.

Align OA field activity to franchisee priorities and Pizza Hut OPX initiatives, ensuring consistent focus on the highest-impact opportunities.

Ensure field insights are surfaced and shared to inform broader operational strategies.
Cross-Functional Partnership

Serve as the primary liaison between franchisees and Pizza Hut for all 4-wall operational matters.
