About the Job: As the Executive Recruiter, you will lead executive-level recruitment up to the C-Suite and shape how Yum! Brands attracts and hires its most senior leaders across our global portfolio. In this highly visible role, you will partner directly with C-Suite executives, influence executive hiring strategy, and ensure world-class practices are in place to deliver exceptional candidate and stakeholder experiences.

This role plays a critical part in building and operationalizing Yum!’s executive recruitment model—from defining sourcing and search strategies to establishing scalable, best-in-class processes. You will help identify, engage, and evaluate bold, diverse, and visionary leaders who will drive Yum!’s growth and long-term success. This position operates in a hybrid work environment, with two days remote and three days in-office at one of Yum!’s RSC locations in Irvine, CA; Louisville, KY; or Plano, TX.Salary Range: $125,200 - $147,200 annually + bonus eligibility.This is the expected salary range for this position. Ultimately, in determining pay, we'll consider the successful candidate’s location, experience, and other job-related factors.

  • 8-10+ years of progressive recruiting experience, including 5+ years leading Director+ and C-Suite searches.
  • Proven experience managing executive searches within a global organization or executive search firm.
  • Strong track record building and managing agency/vendor partnerships at a global level.
  • Ability to influence and build credibility with senior executives.
  • Deep expertise in executive sourcing, market mapping, and pipeline development.
  • Awareness of global hiring laws and executive-level compliance practices.

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for senior leadership and C-Suite roles, serving as the primary point of contact and ensuring a seamless, high-quality candidate experience.
  • Partner directly with Yum!’s C-Suite executives to define role requirements, align on hiring strategies, provide market insights, and coach leaders on hiring discipline, interview practices, and equitable decision-making.
  • Build, manage, and optimize strategic global executive search partnerships, including agency performance, contracts, and outcomes.
  • Proactively source, map, and develop executive talent pipelines to strengthen current and future leadership needs.
  • Oversee executive-level requisition management, ensuring appropriate TA support across businesses and functions.
  • Track and analyze hiring performance metrics—including time-to-fill, acceptance rates, and candidate feedback—to drive continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with global hiring laws, governance standards, and company policies across regions.
  • Continuously improve executive recruitment processes and standards to support scalable, world-class hiring outcomes.
