We are looking for an Associate Brand Manager, you'll be a key player in accelerating Pizza Hut's innovation journey. Your role will focus on contributing to the development and execution of category strategies that drive sustainable growth, strengthen our menu and value platforms, and enhance our competitive position. You'll collaborate closely with various teams, including Insights, Ops, Tech, Finance, and Supply, to support innovation initiatives from concept through commercialization. Your contributions will directly impact our menu strategy, pricing, and innovation planning, making this an exciting opportunity to shape Pizza Hut's future.
- You will be required to attend the Plano, TX office 3 days a week on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
- 2-4+ years of experience in category management, brand management product development within QSR, CPG, or retail.
- Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with a collaborative mindset.
- Familiarity with E-Comm or user experience testing is an advantage.
- A proactive and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment, fostering collaboration and open communication.
- Strong project management and organizational skills with attention to detail.

Salary Range: $89,300 to $94,590 annually + bonus eligibility. This is the expected salary range for this position. Ultimately, in determining pay, we'll consider the successful candidate’s location, experience, and other job-related factors.

- Partner with cross functional teams to support the planning and execution of category initiatives with a focus on speed, accuracy, and operational feasibility.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to align on key performance indicators and ensure a seamless testing process.
- Contribute to menu and value strategy development, considering pricing and innovation aspects.
- Collaborate with the Category Management team to stay updated on industry trends and best practices to support data driven recommendations and continuous improvement opportunities.
- Maintain effective communication with stakeholders, providing regular updates on category plan progress.
- Ensure operational readiness for new menu and value initiatives, working closely with the Ops team to address any challenges.
- Stay agile and adaptable, embracing a growth mindset to navigate the dynamic QSR environment.
