This role is based in Dallas, TX, Irvine, CA or Louisville, KY as we will need someone to come into the office from time to time.

The Docu Sign CLM+ Developer is responsible for designing, configuring, and extending Docusign Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM+) solutions to support enterprise contract workflows. This role partners with legal, restaurant development, IT teams and vendors to automate contract processes, integrate CLM+ with upstream/downstream systems, and ensure scalable, secure, and compliant contract solutions across the organization.

• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Docusign CLM+ configuration, administration and development.
• Strong understanding of contract workflows, legal terms, and approval processes.
• Experience with APIs, JSON, REST services, and system integrations.
• Familiarity with enterprise SaaS platforms and identity management (SSO, SCIM).
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Docu Sign CLM+ Administrator or Developer certification.
• Experience integrating CLM+ with CRM or ERP platforms (Salesforce, Oracle, etc.)
• Experience in regulated or large-scale enterprise environments.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies.

Salary Range: $106,000 - $133,000 annually + bonus eligibility. This is the expected salary range for this position. Ultimately, in determining pay, we'll consider the successful candidate’s location, experience, and other job-related factors.

CLM Solution Development & Configuration

• Design, configure, and implement Docusign CLM+ workflows, templates, clauses, conditional logic, and approval routing.
• Customize contract generation, negotiation, and execution processes to meet business and legal requirements.
• Develop and maintain CLM+ agreement templates, clause libraries, metadata schemas, and document standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve CLM+ configuration and performance issues.

Integration & Automation

• Build and support integrations between Docusign CLM+ and enterprise systems (e.g., Service Now, Salesforce, Oracle).
• Leverage Docusign APIs, webhooks, and CLM+ connectors for automation and data exchange.
• Support end-to-end contract automation from request intake through execution and archival.

Security, Compliance & Governance

• Implement access controls, user roles, and permission models in alignment with enterprise security standards.
• Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and data governance requirements.
• Support audit, reporting, and contract lifecycle visibility needs.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement

• Partner with Franchisee & Legal, Restaurant Development, Finance, and IT teams to gather requirements and translate them into CLM+ solutions.
• Provide technical guidance and best practices on CLM+ capabilities and limitations.
• Support UAT, training, and rollout activities for new CLM+ features.

Support & Continuous Improvement

• Serve as a CLM+ subject matter expert for enhancements, upgrades, and platform optimization.
• Document configurations, integrations, and operational procedures.
• Identify opportunities to streamline contract processes and improve user experience.
