Project Management
The Associate Manager, Operations – New Product Development supports the successful execution of KFC US Limited Time Offer (LTO), both national and test market launches. This role focuses on ensuring new products and promotions are operationally feasible, simplified, and ready for execution across the restaurant system. You will partner with Marketing, Food Innovation & Technology (FIT), Training, Communications, and Franchisees to deliver restaurant‑ready launches that drive strong execution and guest experiences.

Experience operationalizing complex initiatives into clear, executable restaurant procedures.

Strong understanding of restaurant Back‑of‑House (BOH) systems, workflows, and constraints.

Comfort testing, validating, and refining processes in live restaurant environments.

Ability to partner cross‑functionally and influence without direct authority.

Strong analytical, communication, and project coordination skills.

Proficiency in Word. Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook

Experience with project management software
Salary Range: $99,200 to $105,030 annually + bonus eligibility. This is the expected salary range for this position. Ultimately, in determining pay, we'll consider the successful candidate’s location, experience, and other job-related factors.

Serve as the operational gatekeeper for new product and LTO development, ensuring simplicity and execution feasibility.

Partner with Marketing and FIT to shape promotional calendars and product designs from an operations lens.

Validate products and procedures in restaurants, test kitchens, and with franchise partners.

Support development of final operational procedures and ensure training and communications enable flawless execution.

Analyze post‑launch results and feedback to drive continuous improvement.
