Director, Channel Management
Pizza Hut U.S. is seeking a strategic and highly data-driven Director of Channel Management to lead growth across our ordering and fulfillment ecosystem. This role will own performance and expansion strategy across first-party digital (web and app), third-party delivery marketplaces, and offline/local channels — ensuring we optimize how customers access Pizza Hut while driving profitable, sustainable growth.
This leader will serve as the enterprise expert on channel performance, continuously analyzing trends, customer behavior, marketing impact, and operational dynamics to identify what’s working, what’s not, and where we should invest to accelerate growth.
What We’re Looking For
-
You'll be required to attend the Plano, TX office on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays each week.
-
8–12+ years of experience in channel management, digital growth, e Commerce, or omnichannel strategy.
-
Experience within QSR, restaurant, marketplace, or large omnichannel consumer brands strongly preferred.
-
Proven track record driving first-party digital growth (web + app).
-
Experience working with third-party delivery ecosystems.
-
Advanced analytical skills with the ability to convert data into business action.
-
Strong cross-functional leadership and influence skills.
-
Executive-level communication and storytelling capability.
Why This Role Matters
- This role sits at the center of how Pizza Hut grows in a digital-first world. You will shape how customers discover, order, and experience our brand — while influencing investment decisions across Marketing, Operations, and Digital.
- If you are passionate about building scalable growth engines, unlocking insights from complex data, and driving impact at national scale, we’d love to hear from you.
Salary Range: $164,500 - $190,000 annually + bonus eligibility and stock-based compensation. This is the expected salary range for this position. Ultimately, in determining pay, we'll consider the successful candidate’s location, experience, and other job-related factors. What You’ll Own Enterprise Channel Strategy
