We are seeking a talented and driven Staff Product Manager to join our team and take ownership of the product strategy for Oracle EPM Cloud EPBCS. In this role, you will play a crucial part in enabling advanced planning and forecasting capabilities, working in a fusion model with FP&A teams to deliver iterative enhancements. Your expertise and leadership will be instrumental in driving the product's success and ensuring it meets the needs of our business.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related discipline.
  • Deep understanding of FP&A processes and planning systems.
  • Experience with financial systems and working closely with FP&A teams.
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle EPBCS or similar tools.
  • Strong leadership and product management skills in agile settings.
  • Ability to influence senior stakeholders and manage complex initiatives.
  • Experience in enterprise-scale planning transformations.
  • Agile certification (CSPO, SAFe PO/PM) preferred.
