As a site reliability engineer, you lead the technical transformation of Incident Management to support our platforms.

Partner with the US SRE team and engineering teams (located in the US, UK, and VN) to detect and solve incidents for multiple markets over the world.

Our dynamic Pizza Hut Incident Management team is rapidly evolving as we optimize our digital ordering channels and technology innovations to create competitive advantages for our restaurants around the globe.

  • 2-3 years in a professional technical role with multi-cloud experience preferred: GCP, AWS, Azure.

  • Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code methodologies: Terraform.

  • Expertise in CI/CD best practices and methodologies: GitLab.

  • Fluent in written and spoken English.

  • Experience with Cost Optimization and best practices.

  • Strong collaboration skills with multiple engineering functions, business leaders and vendors, exhibiting excellent teamwork and strong verbal and written communication skills along with strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.

  • Expertise of current trends of large-scale infrastructure environments.

  • Working hours: shifts and hybrid (need to be at the office 3 times per week).

Preferred

  • Experience with e-Commerce.

  • Experience working in an international company.

  • Experience in Monitoring and Observability platforms: Datadog, Splunk, New Relic, Prometheus.

We are seeking a Site Reliability Engineer who will:

  • Establish frameworks, best practices, and scope management as we transition Incident Management into a Site Reliability Engineering team.

  • Partner with Platform Engineering, Development, and Product teams to design, build, deploy, and maintain cloud native applications and infrastructure.

  • Provide SRE IM support to Pizza Hut platforms and stakeholders through investigation, analysis, leading technical resolution, and post-mortem actions.
