About the Job:
The Head of Digital Product will be responsible for leading product management across our Digital commerce ecosystem including: ecommerce, martech, kiosk, delivery, digital signage, and our consumer-facing AI spaces. The role requires a high level of thought leadership and a proven track record as an effective people manager to keep Taco Bell at the leading edge of Customer Experience across all touchpoints. The role is critical to delivering our holistic approach of building differentiated experiences across our end-to-end guest journey (trigger, discover, order, pay, fulfill, engage). The role will be focused on defining strategic objectives across customer and business needs, creating a vision and roadmap that inspires the organization, and managing day-to-day product delivery as well as an agile test-and-learn squad that will allow us to maximize impact, stay ahead of digital competition, and future-proof our platforms in preparation for accelerated growth. This role is directly responsible for setting and delivering OKRs that drive conversion, revenue, and profit across the digital commerce ecosystem.
The Day-to-Day:

Lead product management capabilities for all digital customer experience ecosystems including ecommerce, martech, kiosk, delivery, digital signage, and consumer-facing AI spaces

Partner closely with loyalty, CRM, digital merchandising, restaurant CX, and marketing teams to grow functionality and capabilities that drive top line revenue, increase conversion, enhance the guest experience, and make CX easy for our team members to deliver consistently

Ideate and design the future of commerce across existing and unestablished channels – from next-generation payment and wallet capabilities to the future of generative and agentic AI and the role of social/conversational commerce

Champion product teams collaboration and prioritize across our Taco Bell, Yum!, and 3rd party vendor engineering teams to deliver stable products and new functionality

Represent all digital product in annual planning and goal setting; lead teams to drive focus in delivering against goals

Develop teams both professionally and culturally to achieve high performance, high collaboration, and high team satisfaction across the organization

Thought leader with cross-functional partners to understand requirements and goals

Create and articulate vision, strategic goals, and impact – to business, franchisees, team members, and customers – and execute a roadmap that demonstrates measurable value.

Lead a test-and-learn mentality aimed at finding quick opportunities to iterate and deliver results; leverage agile methodology to quickly innovate, size opportunities, research, test, analyze, and further optimize our product suite

Manage feedback loop from stakeholder and leaders to share roadmap updates, status, and evolution of roadmaps

Drive accountability for budget allocation and management across product teams, inclusive of engineering and QA costs

Serve in a leadership role for the US Digital team at Taco Bell; be a thought partner across the Taco Bell and Yum! Brands businesses
Is This You?
- Bachelor’s degree (or MBA) in Business, Information Systems, or technology related discipline, or equivalent years of experience.
- 10+ years of experience as a digital product lead or related strategic digital field.
- 5+ years of experience as a people leader
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to influence stakeholders – across junior, peer, and leadership levels – and build strong partnerships with trust and empathy.
- Passionate about customer-centricity and data-driven strategy; committed to test-and-learn and growth mindsets.
- Outstanding analytical, critical thinking, and organizational skills with high attention to detail.
- Adaptable and flexible with an enterprise mindset and ability to think, plan, and execute resourcefully across multiple projects, priorities, and teams.
- Able to provide leadership, direction, and coaching to junior team members as well as cross-functional partners
Salary Range: **$202,400** to $238,100 annually + bonus eligibility + benefits
