Annual salary of £15.66 per hour, guaranteed 55 hours/week, 28 days holiday (including bank holidays), one Sunday shift in every 4 weeks, Overtime paid at enhanced rates, Secure parking via Snap, High Street discounts, cycle-to-work scheme, pension & more. Ongoing training & career development

Your Role:

· Deliver high-end kitchens to construction sites & private homes across the UK

· 6–8 drops per day with face-to-face customer interaction

· 3–4 nights out per week (Potentially bunking with a Porter)

· Use PDA scanners for delivery confirmation

· Manual handling of goods with support tools (pump truck, sack barrows)

What you need to succeed at XPO:

· Full Cat C licence

· Valid Digi card & CPC

· Max 6 points (no DD, DR, IN endorsements)

· Professional appearance & customer service skills

Bonus (can be completed after probation):

· FORs Silver Standard driver training

· CSCS Green Labourer card
