We anticipate one or more openings for a Business Process Specialist(s) at the Sherco Generating Plant. The base rate of pay for this classification is $24.80 an hour. This position will be posted for 10 working days from April 30, 2026, to May 13, 2026.

Position Summary:

The purpose of this position is to apply technical knowledge and skills to provide information processing and business services to meet Energy Supply business and regulatory needs. Energy Supply management depends on the judgment and skills of this position to maintain and perform multiple business processes in support of the overall plant operation. Successful performance of these responsibilities will require minimal supervisory oversight and guidance.

Minimum Requirements:

1. High school diploma or GED.
2. Technical training or equivalent experience where applicable.
3. Three or more years administrative experience.
4. Extensive knowledge and proficiency of Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint and Outlook is required.
5. Must possess excellent typing skills.
6. Previous office experience desired.

Bargaining

The anticipated starting base pay for this position is: $24.80 to $31.90 per hour
