We are seeking a Senior Brand Strategist to join our Dublin-based team, reporting to the Director, Head of Next EMEA, to support and grow Next’s offering in Europe’s fastest-growing markets and verticals.
What You'll Do
As a key player in Next’s growth, you’ll unlock new business opportunities across multiple markets through creative insight and ideation, leading responses to briefs from top-tier brands and nurturing internal and external relationships. Your work will support scaling Next’s services with a focus on X-centric campaign ideas that leverage platform innovations. A typical week includes:

Creative ideation for clients across multiple markets

Consulting with sales teams and customers

Collaborating with technologists on complex projects
-
Presenting at workshops, developing briefs, and advising on case studies/award applications
Your primary goal is to develop unique, measurable campaign ideas that drive brand objectives while balancing deep strategic thinking with collaboration, pitching, and execution.

Develop executive level presentations ranging from a response to a brief or providing a broader view of their business challenges and how X can help solve them.

Deliver measurable results that achieve brand objectives

Represent X as a trusted partner in client, agency, and industry settings

Act as an embedded partner to sales teams, proactively driving business growth

Build cross-functional relationships to create scalable materials/processes

Demonstrate sharp business acumen, professional maturity, and a passion for excellence

Lead ideation to drive fresh, actionable outcomes
-
Communicate compelling narratives that address client needs and highlight X’s creative potential
-
Manage projects end-to-end with resourcefulness and creative energy.
Requirements
-
Experience working with high-performance, distributed teams across multiple markets
-
Deep knowledge of X as a user and marketer, including promoted products and advertising model
-
Proven ability to lead clients/accounts with high accountability and stakeholder management
-
Experience building scalable, creative digital media programs that drive brand awareness and engagement
-
Cross-functional collaboration with teams like sales, product, engineering, and media
-
Expert-level written and spoken English; proficiency in other European languages is a plus
This role is based in Dublin and focuses on supporting Next’s growth in EMEA’s dynamic markets.
