The Senior Financial Analyst FP&A will primarily focus on cash flow analysis and management, supporting the Travel + Leisure Co. organization with financial planning and analysis services, including long-range planning models, annual budgets, quarterly business reviews, monthly re-forecasts, performance analysis, and daily support of management decision-making. This role is hybrid in office Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, and remote Thursday and Friday.
How You'll Shine:

Help consolidate and manage all forecasting and budgeting activities for the timeshare segment, with a primary focus on cash flow analysis and management.

Analyze actual cash flow results against forecasts/budgets to concisely highlight variance drivers and identify opportunities to mitigate risk and improve performance.

Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify significant operational trends and present findings to management, providing actionable recommendations for improvement.

Assist with the presentations for monthly and quarterly results, the quarterly business reviews, annual budget review, and long-range plan review for senior management.

Continuously seek opportunities to automate and streamline processes to reduce cycle time and churn in all operations planning processes.

Assist management with ad hoc assignments.
What You'll Bring:

Bachelor's degree in Economics, Accounting, Finance or other closely related field required. CPA or MBA is a plus.

Self-motivated with the ability to source data, recommend conclusions, manage multiple projects, and adhere to strict deadlines while incorporating work style with team objectives

Excellent strategic, analytical, and creative thinking aptitude

Actively informs management of sub-optimal practices, including process improvement and automation, wherever observed and takes action to correct issues

Demonstrated business acumen with understanding of functional linkages and ability to build strong professional relationships with business partners in both operational and financial roles

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Well organized and able to perform under stressful situations

Intermediate to Advanced Excel Skills (i.e., pivot tables, vlookups, formulas, macros, etc.)

Experience with managing Oracle Planning (or similar enterprise planning system) is a plus
-
Ability to create, maintain and distribute accurate reporting on a systematic efficient basis

Experience with creating driver based, complicated financial models to support budgets, forecasts and business decision making

3+ year’s experience with financial analyses and/or accounting and complex model building
-
5+ years of experience in financial or operational analysis, budgeting or forecasting. Previous leadership experience preferred.

4+ years finance experience in a corporate environment.

Cash flow and Timeshare industry experience, preferred
