PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES: (Include but not limited to:)

  • Support the delivery of consistent and effective HR business partnering services across the organization.
  • Ensure HR policies, procedures, and documentation are implemented in line with company standards.
  • Work collaboratively with management to develop and implement organizational development initiatives that support company culture, employee engagement, and staff motivation.
  • Assist in planning, coordinating, and delivering learning and development programs to enhance employee skills, service quality, and overall performance.
  • Support the design and implementation of training initiatives including orientation, leadership development, and service culture programs.
  • Provide advice and guidance to managers on workforce planning, performance management, and employee development.
  • Promote and support a positive employee relations environment by providing professional advice on company policies, procedures, and employment practices.
  • Assist with disciplinary processes, employee counselling, and grievance resolution to ensure fair and consistent outcomes.
  • Support the implementation of performance management processes including goal setting, performance reviews, and development planning.
  • Promote and reinforce company values, service culture, and expected workplace behaviours across all departments.
  • Monitor HR and training trends and recommend improvements to HR practices and development programs.
  • Work closely with department leaders to identify training needs and implement effective learning solutions.
  • Participate in meetings with business partners and department heads to support people strategies and organizational goals.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to managers to improve team performance, engagement, and leadership capability.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and activities that strengthen workplace culture.
  • Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety policies and promote a safe working environment.
  • Undertake general HR and training-related duties as required to support business operations.
  • Demonstrate the Count On Me! service culture in all interactions with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Encourage innovation by continuously improving HR and training processes and initiatives.
  • Demonstrate integrity, accountability, and professionalism in all aspects of the role.

Display leadership through effective communication, collaboration, and support for team development.
