This is an on-site position located in Rio Grande, Puerto Rico conducting virtual sales- Wyndham Timeshare Experience Required

Job Summary

As an In-House sales representative you must establish commonality and build rapport with prospective and/or current owners. Articulate the benefits of traveling with Travel + Leisure. Demonstrate a positive attitude within a high-energy environment.

We are currently recruiting reliable, professional, sales minded individuals who are great on the phone to join our growing Virtual Sales Team at our Sales Office in Rio Grande, Puerto Rico.

Essential Job Responsibilities

• Conduct presentations via Zoom with owners

• Find commonality with prospective and/or current owners.

• Communicate the benefits of traveling with Club Wyndham, World Mark by Wyndham, Margaritaville, and Travel + Leisure Co.

• Generate sales through initializing transactions and utilizing proper closing techniques.

• Leads are prequalified and provided by the company.

• Attend ongoing, advanced sales and career training.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Effectively present and deliver sales presentation in accordance with all company policies, compliance standards and regulatory requirements while maintaining minimum performance goals (80% time)

• Attend all scheduled training sessions, department meetings, keep current on sales information and materials, keep current on industry trends, and set and review performance goals weekly, monthly and annually. (20%)

Travel Requirements

No travel required outside of the home site’s area. This position is on-site conducting virtual sales.

Minimum Requirements and Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of sales and/or marketing experience with Travel + Leisure.

• Must maintain production standards.

• Full time availability to work weekends and holidays is required.

• Experience with Owners Sales line in Timeshares preferred.

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.

Training requirements

• Initial Paid Training, covering our sales process, product knowledge, and the psychology of the sale.

Knowledge and skills

• Needs to be able to overcome objections and perform within a short, luxury sales cycle.

• Must be energetic, outgoing and tenacious.

Technical Skills

• General smart device skills plus zoom applications.

Job experience

• 1 to 3 years of sales and/or marketing Timeshare Experience.

Experience equivalent to the education requirement may be accepted in lieu of the education requirement.
