How You’ll Shine

As a Food & Beverage Attendant, you’ll play a key role in creating memorable moments for our guests — whether it’s delivering standout service in the restaurant, preparing delicious beverages at the bar, or supporting kitchen operations. You’ll bring energy, warmth, and professionalism to every shift, helping to ensure each guest leaves with a smile.

What You’ll Bring

To succeed in this role, you’ll ideally have:

• Previous experience in a food and beverage or hospitality environment

• Confidence in mixing and serving alcoholic/non-alcoholic beverages

• A current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) and solid food safety knowledge

• Barista experience and a genuine passion for great coffee

• Commercial cookery skills and/or qualifications (preferred but not essential)

• Excellent communication and guest service skills

• Immaculate personal presentation

• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays

• Understanding of OH&S and food safety regulations
