Are you a confident communicator with a passion for connecting with people? We’re looking for a motivated WHG Survey Associate to join our team and engage prospective customers through outbound calls. In this role, you'll conduct surveys, build rapport, and help guide guests toward additional services that support their vacation ownership journey.

How You'll Shine

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers to complete surveys and discuss vacation ownership opportunities.
• Participate in team meetings, coaching sessions, and ongoing training.
• Maintain compliance with Quality Assurance standards, Do Not Call regulations, and performance expectations.
• Set and track weekly performance goals to support your success.

What You'll Bring

• Excellent communication and customer engagement skills.
• A sales‑minded approach—experience in hospitality, sales, call centers, serving, or marketing is a plus.
• Strong ability to handle objections and stay motivated in a performance-based environment.
• A positive, client-focused attitude and commitment to delivering on the Wyndham brand promise.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• At least 6 months of marketing or similar experience, ideally in a production-driven setting.
• Proficiency with MS Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Completion of onboarding training and willingness to stay current with all required courses.
• Must be willing to work on-site and on night shift schedules.
