We’re looking for driven, money-motivated sales professionals with exceptional phone skills to join our Virtual Sales Team in Las Vegas. If you thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment and love the idea of helping people create lifelong memories, we want you on our team!

First-Year Earning Potential: $70,000–$150,000+What You’ll Do:

  • Deliver engaging presentations over the phone to existing owners

  • Build rapport and establish trust with prospective and current owners

  • Showcase the benefits of traveling with Worldmark

  • Close deals using proven techniques – no cold calling! All leads are prequalified and provided by us

  • Participate in advanced sales and career training to sharpen your skills

What You Bring:

  • 1–2 years of commission-based sales experience

  • High school diploma or GED

  • A passion for helping people and achieving goals

  • Strong communication and objection-handling skills

  • Ability to thrive in a performance-driven environment

  • Willingness to obtain a valid Timeshare Agent License
