The Travel + Leisure Marketing Contact Center is growing, and we are currently hiring Reservations Sales Representatives to join us as a remote Reservations Sales Coordinator working with a supportive leadership team who is invested in YOU and YOUR success!

As a Reservations Sales Coordinator, your primary responsibility will be to answer inbound calls from guests who purchased a promotional vacation getaway. You will be assisting them with booking their travel dates, general questions and/or confirming their upcoming reservation through our central reservation system. The position requires that you maintain a high-level of customer satisfaction, in addition to addressing any escalated customer service issues that may arise. As part of the Reservations Sales Team, you will be helping to deliver on our arrivals, increase revenue for the department and guarantee tour volume for the resorts. Package retention (saving the sale), selling of dates, escalation of calls, retaining the business.

Training Hours (6 Weeks):

Orientation Day (Friday) –Arrive at our office by 9am EST. You will show your two forms of ID to HR, pick up equipment, set up at home and be ready for virtual HR Orientation at 1:00pm EST – 5:00pm EST.

Weeks 1 - 3 (Class Training)– Monday through Friday 9am- 5pm EST

Weeks 4 - 6 (Academy)– Monday through Friday 11am-7pm EST

Post Training Schedule:

Schedule after training: 12:30 pm to 9pm EST (three days during the week)

Saturdays and Sundays- 8-hour shift between following hours: 8 am to 9 pm EST.

(Current hours are subject to change based on business needs.)

Weekend Availability Required What You'll bring:

High School diploma or GED equivalent:

Ability to work flexible shifts to include weekdays, evenings, and weekends to suit business needs.

1+ years of customer service, reservations, or equivalent experience a plus.

1+ years of call center experience preferred.

Proficient working with Microsoft Office is preferred.

Sales experience highly preferred.

Pay:

New hire pay during the first 90 days is $18.00/hour.

After the 90 days the pay is $14.00/hour plus incentives with yearly earning potential up to 70K+.
