How You’ll Shine:The Activities Manager is responsible for the resort’s Activities Department. You will manage multiple Activities operations, maintain established cost and quality standards to ensure superior service and maximize profits. The Activities Manager will be leading the Activities staff by motivating, coaching, and providing leadership. This role will also be responsible for managing all department financials, which includes forecasting and budgeting. A large part of the role will be responsible for creating, planning and implementing guest activity programs for the resort.
What You’ll Bring:

Lifeguard, CPR, First Aid Certification, Alcohol Awareness Card, Food Server Health Card

Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, mentor, train and develop staff.

Ability to work under pressure.

Computer skills - working knowledge.

3-5 years of related experience required.
