About the role
Description
We are seeking a strategic and commercially driven leader to head our Property & Casualty business in Mexico. This role owns the P&L, drives portfolio growth, and ensures execution of best‑in‑class practices across the country. The Head of P&C collaborates closely with Sales, Client Management, Placement, and regional leadership, reporting directly to the CEO of WTW Mexico and the Regional Specialty Head.
The Role

Lead the P&C strategy and manage the overall performance of the business in Mexico.

Serve as the senior technical advisor for P&C clients and prospects.

Provide technical and commercial P&C advice to clients and prospects nationwide, working together with Client Management and Sales teams, acting as the recognized Senior Advisor/Specialist.

Conduct in-depth analysis, needs & risk assessments of P&C clients and prospects based on technical expertise and utilizing all WTW’s available resources

Provide business intelligence of markets, clients, prospects and competitors, to enhance WTW’s ability to retain clients and win new business

Develop innovative solutions and challenge internal teams to deliver high‑quality outcomes.

Support sales efforts, including RFP responses, proposal development, and client presentations.

Strategically cross-sell products aligned with clients and prospects needs and introduce technical specialists to win and retain the business.

Generate information for P&C materials, for distribution, working with Marketing to produce the final deliverables for Client Management and Sales teams.

Assist with policy contract reviews.

Proactively follow up on leads to support the production of P&C business.

Build relationships with other lines of business to increase connectivity and opportunities to cross-sell.

Provide annual input for the performance review of team members

Provide timely / quality feedback to service team members; assist team members in acquiring new skills

Help to identify and develop future talent.

Engage colleagues on a regular basis & set talent development process for personal/team skill development & growth-centric culture.

Qualifications
The Requirements

Advanced technical expertise in Property & Casualty products and reinsurance/facultative placements.

Exceptional client management skills, ability to quickly develop work relations and efficiently maximize resources to achieve goals.

Ability to adapt personal style to work effectively with a wide range of clients, colleagues, and underwriters.

Ability to identify and leverage essential information and think in a critical and logical manner

Ability to work in a client-centric strategic and decisive manner under tight deadlines

Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

English proficiency required

10+ years in management roles leading teams with measurable results.

BA/BS degree in related field of study preferred. Masters degree is a plus.

Insurance brokers license type C
-
10+ years of experience placing and managing Property & Casualty risks.

Proven track record of successful portfolio development, design and delivery of effective strategies and reputation as a client-centric professional
