About the Team

Expert Assist (EA) is the specialised, high-velocity arm of our Customer Experience (CX) organisation. We occupy a unique space by providing live customers with the strategic advice and execution they need.
We handle complex, high-impact requests for live customers, delivering end-to-end solutions. This is a rare opportunity to join a forming service line where your influence will shape our global processes and standards, with demand growing 100% year-over-year.

About the Role:

As a consultant, you will lead high-impact, end-to-end engagements. Unlike roles that focus solely on advisory or multi-year implementations, EA gives you the satisfaction of owning both the solution and the build.

This is a highly visible, customer-facing role where you act as both the architect and the builder. You will analyze complex requirements, design the technical solution, and perform hands-on configuration to solve critical business problems for our most prestigious global clients. You will manage specialized requests (typically 10–100 hours), allowing you to see the immediate impact of your work across a wide variety of global customers

About You

You are a Workday professional who thrives on autonomy and variety. You enjoy the "consultant-builder" hybrid model—having the authority to design a solution and the skills to bring it to life. You are a confident communicator who can lead an engagement solo, guiding external stakeholders through complex landscapes with ease and want to leave a lasting mark on a growing service line. You are ready to move beyond "steady state" work into a role where no two weeks—and no two requests—are the same.

Basic Qualifications

  • Experience: 5+ years of Workday Reporting experience in a lead or consulting capacity.

  • Technical Mastery: Expert proficiency in Advanced, Matrix, and Composite Reporting, as well as complex Calculated Fields.

  • Delivery: Proven success in managing technical requests from requirement gathering through to production deployment and testing**.**

  • Project Lifecycle: Confirmed knowledge of the software deployment life cycle, from requirement gathering to production deployment and testing.

Other Qualifications

  • The "EA" Mindset: Exceptional ability to work with high autonomy and manage multiple engagements simultaneously.

  • Architectural Logic: Ability to design scalable reporting solutions and dashboards that drive executive decision-making.

  • Consultative Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills, with the ability to explain complex technical solutions to non-technical business stakeholders.

  • Founding Spirit: A proactive approach to problem-solving and a desire to help build out new internal processes for a rapidly growing team.

  • Experience: Relevant work experience required.

  • Language: Professional-level English fluency is mandatory.

Workday Pay Transparency Statement (For Poland Locations Only)

Listed below is the base salary range applicable to this position. Workday pay ranges (and the precise pay offered to the successful candidate) are based on a number of objective criteria such as relevant experience and skills, and educational qualifications, level of responsibility, demands of the role, work location and business need. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants awarded by Workday Inc. Primary Location Base Pay Range: zł199,400 PLN - zł299,200 PLN
