About the Team
The successful candidate will maintain our core bot infrastructure (providing critical support during financial month-end closes) while architecting the next generation of "AI Agents" that integrate LLMs like Google Gemini and Azure AI into enterprise workflows.
About the Role
We are seeking an expert Intelligent Automation Analyst with 7+ years of experience to lead our automation initiatives. This is a technical role requiring deep mastery of Ui Path combined with modern Generative AI and IXP (Intelligent Extraction and Processing) capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
1.
Core Ui Path Development & Operations:
-
Advanced Development: Architect robust, scalable automation solutions using Ui Path Studio and the REFramework.

Month-End Support: Provide mandatory, high-priority support for Finance/Accounting bots during month-end closing cycles to ensure 100% uptime and rapid exception handling.

Bot Enhancement: Optimization of existing legacy bots to improve performance and reliability.
2. IXP (Intelligent Extraction & Processing)
-
Unstructured Data Strategy: Lead the implementation of IXP to process complex, unstructured documents (handwritten forms, non-standard invoices, contracts), replacing standard Ui Path Document Understanding workflows.

Complex Extraction: Design models to extract semantic data from documents with varying layouts and formats.

AI Agents & LLM Integration:

Generative AI Integration: Build seamless integrations between Ui Path and Large Language Models (Google Gemini,ChatGPT,Azure AI) to enable bots to perform cognitive tasks (summarization, sentiment analysis, decision making).

AI Agent Architecture: Move beyond linear automation by developing autonomous "AI Agents" capable of reasoning and executing multi-step workflows.

Scripting & Integration:

Hybrid Coding: Write production-grade scripts in Python(for AI model glue code),Java, and Node.js to extend RPA capabilities.

UI Automation: Use HTML and CSS to construct robust selectors and manipulate web DOMs for front-end automation.
About You
Basic Qualifications
- 7+ Years of total experience in IT, with a dedicated focus on RPA and Intelligent Automation.
- Proven track record of deploying Ui Path bots in enterprise environments.
- Experience integrating Python scripts within Ui Path Invoke Code activities or via API.
- Strong ability to troubleshoot effectively under pressure (specifically during critical business reporting periods).
- Hands-on experience using Ui Path Test Manager for end-to-end test planning, execution, and reporting.
