- As a Sr HCM Consultant
- Workday Success Plans, you will be part of the Engineering team at Workday. You will work on challenging problems and contribute to the company's mission.
Responsibilities
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team growth
- Optimize application performance and reliability
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to engineering best practices
- Document technical designs and implementation details
You may be a good fit if you
- Strong programming skills in one or more languages
- Understanding of data structures and algorithms
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities
Strong candidates may also have
