About the Role
The (Project Manager) Engagement Manager will be an expert with the Workday Deployment Methodology. Leading mid to large customer project implementations successfully from start to go-live and ensuring customers are satisfied with their deployment experience are the primary responsibilities.
Other role responsibilities include:

Becoming proficient in Workday's Implementation Methodology and demonstrate it on all engagements

Leading simultaneous projects
-
Participating in the sales cycle to gather requirements and formulate a delivery approach

Ensuring your projects are accurately planned and staffed
-
Partnering with the customer project manager for deployment success
-
Presenting at project Executive Steering Committee meetings
-
Assisting in customer transition from professional services to our customer success team post go-live.

3+ years of project management experience with HCM, Payroll, Financial or Student implementations within medium enterprise, large enterprise, higher education and/or state and local governments.

3+ years of experience implementing Workday, Oracle, SAP, People Soft or similar applications.
-
3+ years of proven experience in client relationship management, including managing stakeholder expectations, communication, and project delivery to external or internal clients.
Senior Project Manager
-
5+ years of project management experience with HCM, Payroll, Financial or Student implementations within medium enterprise, large enterprise, higher education and/or state and local governments.
-
5+ years of experience implementing Workday, Oracle, SAP, People Soft or similar applications.
-
5+ years of proven experience in client relationship management, including managing stakeholder expectations, communication, and project delivery to external or internal clients.
Other Qualifications

Experience leading 3rd parties on a project
-
Delivering projects within budget as outlined in a statement of work

Background in Workday deployment methodology and processes (preferred, not required)
-
Ability to travel up to 25%
