Wiz is looking for a Senior Field Marketing Manager to own execution and optimisation of demand generation and brand awareness within South East Asia and Korea. You’ll collaborate closely with local and global Marketing teams to build a regional marketing execution plan alongside Partner, Sales and Product teams to ensure our marketing efforts resonate with key target audiences, generate qualified leads, and accelerate our go-to-market initiatives.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Field Marketing Strategy & Execution:
Aligned to regional strategy & objectives, you’ll deliver integrated field marketing plans tailored to specific regional markets and target verticals. This includes aligning sales motions, partnerships, and campaigns that will drive brand visibility and demand generation.
- Event Management: Lead and execute field marketing activities, including trade shows, conferences, and user groups. Work with external vendors and internal teams to ensure flawless execution of in-person and virtual events.
- Sales Enablement: Collaborate with the sales team to create marketing assets and campaigns that support sales efforts in the field. Provide them with the tools, content, and resources needed to engage prospects and close deals.
- Lead Generation: Align tightly with functional teams across campaigns, digital, ABM and customer marketing to strengthen qualified leads and pipeline opportunities for the sales team.
- Regional Market Insights: Analyze and report on market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscape to inform marketing strategies and improve campaign performance.
- Operations & Logistics: Own swag stock, warehousing, and support vendors for the South East Asia and Korea regions
- Brand Enablement: Serve as a brand ambassador for Wiz, building and nurturing relationships with key industry influencers, partners, and customers while ensuring our field team are enabled with the right collateral to boost the Wiz brand and message in market
- Budget Management:
Own the region budget and ensure timely purchase order submissions and invoice management
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- 8+ years of field marketing experience, preferably in B2B tech or cybersecurity in South East Asia and Korea markets. Enjoying working within a fast-paced, high-growth environment is a must!
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills as someone who enjoys collaborating across functions
- Proven ability to plan, execute, and measure the success of both physical and virtual events.
- Experience with demand generation, lead nurturing, and account-based marketing (ABM) strategies.
- Strong organisational skills with keen attention to detail for effective project management.
- Proficient with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, CMS). Ability to track and analyze campaign performance data.
- Thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment where you’re not afraid to roll up your sleeves and get things done. You’ll have an “inbox zero” mentality and be ready to tackle any task, whether it’s executing complex campaigns or handling last-minute logistics.
