Role Objectives:

• Develop and implement world-class recruitment strategies, collaborating closely with hiring teams to make data-driven decisions.

• Build long-term relationships with top talent, guiding them through a remarkable end-to-end recruitment experience.

• Ensure all candidates have a positive recruitment experience, creating a robust talent network for future opportunities.

• Innovate sourcing techniques to attract top engineering talent.

• Work with the Employer Brand and Marketing team to execute recruitment marketing campaigns and events specific to São Paulo's unique market.

• Partner with hiring teams to support their initiatives, including onboarding, talent mapping, and salary benchmarking.

• Utilize data to identify and address hiring challenges, optimizing processes for global scalability.

• Collaborate with the wider People team to ensure a seamless employee experience.

• 3+ years of experience as an in-house Recruiter with a successful track record in recruitment.

• Demonstrated expertise in sourcing and attracting top talent, with a passion for creative solutions.

• Ability to look beyond skills to identify candidates who align with our culture and values.

• Strong self-starter who flourishes in a fast-paced environment and takes initiative.

• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and adaptable to change.

• Creative problem solver who enjoys tackling challenging roles and learning new skills.

• Excellent English communication and influencing skills, capable of engaging with individuals at all levels.

• This is a hybrid position located in São Paulo, Brazi l, and not fully remote (minimum 3 days at office). You must be able to commute to the office or open to relocation.
