This position belongs to the Business Process Solutions (BPS) area of the company.

Core Responsibilities:

Meet with product managers and software engineers to determine scope and create documentation plans.

Write documentation for developers that cover: how to use APIs, how to build software applications, and how to use developer tools and libraries.

Fix documentation errors reported by users.

Provide editorial reviews for other technical writers.

Create information architectures for sets of documents.

*Experience documenting, developing, or using APIs in Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, Go, or Java. *

*Experience writing in markdown and HTML *

*Familiarity with use of generative AI models and AI agents in software development projects *
