We are excited to offer you this new opportunity at Wipro Technologies, one of the biggest brands in industry at this moment with a well-established history in various domains.As part of this project and a new team, your role as a PR to PO Officer with English will be to build and comanage a strong relationship with our client organization and perform based on defined SLA and KPIs, within energy and utility client industry.

Responsibilities:

• Purchasing tasks from the receipt of the Purchase Requisition (PR) through to placing

Purchase Order (PO);

• Ensure on-time processing of Sourcing & Procurement transactions (RFX/Contracts) expedites;

• Manage exceptional transactions;

• SLA & overall deliverables management;

• Improvement upon and ensuring timely PO quality;

• Maximizing usage of both group and local contracts;

• Assisting to generate savings.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Good English language skills, written and conversational;

• BPO Experience of 1-2 years minimum in Procurement operations;

• Procurement exposure would be beneficial (with multiple industry experience);

• Expert level Orientation in Procurement & PO Lifecycle processes;

• Experience of working on SAP, or Oracle, or ARIBA, or COUPA.
