Job Description

POSITION_SUMMARY:

We are seeking a senior Azure contractor with a strong focus on database and messaging platforms to support design, build, migration, operations, and modernization initiatives on Microsoft Azure (CosmosDB, Cache, event hub)

Primary skill: Microsoft Azure / Azure database and messaging services (Cosmos DB, Cache, Event Hub).

REQUIRED_SKILL:

Strong hands‑on experience with Microsoft Azure

Deep expertise in relational database and NoSQL platforms

Experience operating databases in regulated / enterprise environments

Strong hands‑on experience with Azure messaging services

Solid understanding of:

Azure networking (VNets, private endpoints)

Azure AD / managed identities

Encryption, access control, and compliance requirements

Experience with Infrastructure as Code (ARM, Bicep, Terraform)

Experience with backup, HA/DR, and patching strategies

Strong troubleshooting and root‑cause analysis skills

DESIRED_SKILL:

Experience with Kafka (on‑prem or cloud)

Experience integrating messaging with container platforms (Open Shift)

Infrastructure‑as‑Code experience (Terraform)

Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines

Mandatory Skills: Azure DevOps Operations .

Experience: 5-8 Years .

The expected compensation for this role ranges from $60,000 to $135,000 .

Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
