Job Description
As a Facilities Manager at Infocrossing INC, you will be pivotal in ensuring that our workplace environment is safe, efficient, and supportive of the needs of our business and its people. You will oversee the strategic and day-to-day operations of multiple facility functions, integrating both technical and managerial skills to optimize facility performance.
Your responsibilities will include managing space utilization to enhance functionality, supervising maintenance tasks to ensure structural and equipment reliability, and leading facility safety compliance efforts to meet or exceed regulatory standards. You will collaborate with various teams to implement effective communication infrastructures and manage vendor contracts to guarantee quality service delivery.
In this role, you will anticipate and meet the evolving requirements of the facility by forecasting needs, managing renovation projects, and facilitating smooth office relocations when necessary. You will also coordinate with emergency response teams to handle facility incidents promptly and efficiently.
This position demands a proactive approach to managing both hard services, such as HVAC and electrical systems, and soft services including cleaning and security, ensuring a comprehensive facility management strategy that supports a productive and comfortable workplace.

- Implement and monitor energy-saving initiatives that contribute to company sustainability goals.
- Act as a liaison between facility teams and other departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.

The expected compensation for this Facilities Manager role ranges from $45,000.00 to $110,000.00. Final remuneration will be commensurate with your experience, qualifications, and geographic location. Alongside competitive pay, you will be eligible for Wipro’s comprehensive benefits package, which includes a wide array of medical and dental options, disability insurance, generous paid leave policies (inclusive of sick leave), as well as other paid and unpaid leave offerings.
