• Linux & Windows Troubleshooting, SQL Databases, ITIL

Secondary Skills: Distributed Systems & Batch Processing, Monitoring Tools, Enterprise COTS Platforms, Automation/Scripting, Cloud (AWS/Azure)

REQUIRED_SKILL:

Strong experience in production support, application support, or technical operations

Hands-on experience with incident change management tools (e.g., Service Now, Jira)

Strong troubleshooting skills across Linux/Windows, application logs, APIs, SQL databases

Experience supporting distributed systems, batch processes, or real-time applications

Ability to diagnose issues in high-pressure production environments

Understanding of ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change)
