• 1. JMeter Hands On (35% - Primary Focus)
• 5+ years of hands-on JMeter experience
• Deep expertise in end-to-end JMeter implementation:
• Experience with JMeter in CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab, GitHub Actions)
• Proficiency in JMeter scripting and custom development
• Performance benchmarking and baseline establishment
• 1. Performance Engineering & RCA (30% - Mandatory)
• Strong understanding of performance engineering principles and methodologies
• Expert-level capability in analyzing and interpreting:
• Heap Dumps – memory profiling, garbage collection analysis, memory leaks identification
• Thread Dumps – thread state analysis, deadlock detection, thread contention issues
• Root Cause Analysis (RCA) methodology and execution
• 1. Observability (Dynatrace Preferred) (15% - Mandatory)
• Hands-on experience with APM tools; Dynatrace preferred
• Dashboard creation and metric visualization
• Root cause correlation across systems
• Integration with JMeter for correlated performance testing
• 1. Coding/Scripting Languages (15% - Mandatory)
• Java – custom JMeter samplers, plugins, and framework development
• Groovy – JMeter JSR223 sampler scripting and assertions
• 1. AI/Automation/Advanced Analytics Exposure (5% - Non-Mandatory, Good To Have)
• Familiarity with AI/ML models for anomaly detection in performance data
• Test automation frameworks (Selenium, REST Assured)
• Advanced data analytics and statistical analysis
