Job Description:

• • ATE setup and Testing using the tester:

• Advantest 93k V93000 Advantest Verigy 93K 93000

• Experience with Smartest 8 preferred

• Execution and data collections for SOCs of packages

• Supports engineering activities such as testing, program and hardware checkout utilizing ATE and SLT systems

• Operating Thermostream for characterization

• Minor tweak of load board setup to make it functional for testing

• Calibration & maintenance of test equipment

• Characterization debug using CRO and multimeter.

Maintenance – Logistics, Storage, Tracking and maintenance of load boards, Test samples and various socket boards
